World Regulatory Briefing (WrB) Series:

Born out of Clarion’s World Gambling Briefing, and responding to an increasingly fragmented regulatory framework of the gaming industry, WrB is a series of one-day regulatory and business development events taking place in countries where significant regulatory change occurs, bringing you in touch with the key local market stakeholders to learn from and build partnerships with.

After a highly successful launch at ICE Totally Gaming 2012, the WrB series provided in-depth and focused content in Germany, Spain and Belgium.

2013

WrB returned to its home at ICE Totally Gaming 2013 to provide the key updates from Europe, the US and Latin America.

With the Netherlands back on track to regulate iGaming and reform the local market, WrB Netherlands takes you to The Hague on 16th May for a thorough exploration of all the key issues arising out of the draft legislation alongside all the local and international stakeholders as well as the political and regulatory authorities in this market.

WrB Germany returns for its second edition to Frankfurt on 27th June to track the challenges brought about by the Inter-State Treaty and explore the difficulties faced by the industry in operating in a now unified German context. With Schleswig-Holstein joining the other 15 Laender the uncertainty of how licensed Schleswig-Holstein operators will function on the German market remains and questions surrounding the coherence and long-term durability of the Inter-State Treaty are still unanswered.
